Demo course for who wants to add to the traditional semifreddo taste, a texture or a savory flavour.

The course will be divided into a theorical part on balancing the ingredients for a basic semifreddo and a practical part in which chef Luca Bernardini will prepare 6 recipes of savory semifreddo based on cheese, herbs and vegetables.

During the preparation, the tastes combination and the final presentation, chef Valentina Bartolozzi will assist chef Bernardini.


To who is the course addressed?

The course is addressed to professionists who want to know more about savory semifreddo taste.


What’s included in your tuition fee:

Participation, recipe book, coffee break, lunch break and final tasting.

At the end of the course you will get a certificate signed by the teacher.
