Diego Crosara

Diego Crosara is an experienced pastry chef from Vicenza. He participated to several national and international contests winning a lot of prize and awards, such as the silver medal at the 2010 edition of WPTC in Phoenix as Capitain of Pastry National Team and the victory at the World Gelato Cup of the Italian Gelato Team in quality of Team manager.
Diego is currently consultant, teacher and author of several books regarding salty and sweet pastry.
