Loretta Fanella

Loretta Fanella, after her diploma at the Institute for Hotel and Restaurant Administration, started working at Antica Pesa restaurant with Chef Fabio Tacchella where she was chef de partie for appetizers and desserts.
She worked also at Peck, the Cracco’s Restaurant, she made a working experience with the Adrià brothers in Spain and she worked at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence too.
Currently she dedicated herself to train her colleagues and professionals in general, she takes care of the dessert menu for different hotels and restaurants; she also wrote several books and magazine articles.
