Luca Bernardini

Luca Bernardini started his ice-cream maker career as Pietro Scaringella’s assistant during his various courses in Spain and Czech Republic. Luca collaborated as technical consultant for an Italian company of semi-finished products and now he is a Silikomart consultant and he performed demonstrations in Lebanon, South Arabia, Iran, Turkey, Dubai, Cyprus, Belarus and Ukraine.
Since 2006 he manages its own business “Fuori dal centro” (Outsite the center) that is dedicated to the production of ice-cream and frozen pastry. In addition Luca teaches at Dolce&Salato School located in Maddaloni (Caserta).
